In Adatepe – The Day After

Name of this song, as you probably all know anyway, is “Gel Gel Kayikci“. Music is anonymous, and the lyrics are by Cengiz Onural / Kalan Publishing. This particular version is performed by Hüsnü Şenlendirici and Trio Chios. Lead vocal is Markellos Poupalos of Trio Chios. The track is from the album “Egenin İki Yanı / Two Sides of the Aegean“. NAN Workshop – Opening Night

Creative Documentary Development Workshop has kick-started tonight with a special introduction session led by the drama therapist Venetia Benetis from Athens, Greece. Started after a buffet dinner at Taşmektep, the session lasted till midnight, and it seemed at the end that everybody had real great fun. (All photographs by Ada.)

Rain Storm (Coming together in Adatepe)

Today is the welcoming day to the Creative Documentary Workshop of the North Aegean Project. Looks like we have just picked up the right date for it.  There is a serious storm outside, and a hard rain has been pouring down since the morning. I arrived at Adatepe two days ago, riding through a heavy hail and rain, high winds, and incredibly bright sunny patches of land.
